Katie's Spinach Quiche Recipe


2 packages (10 oz) of frozen chopped spinach
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons of Flour
1 cup milk

2 eggs, beaten
3 slices of bacon fried crisply
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Defrost spinach and squeeze excess water out.  Toss cheddar cheese with flour.  Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings.  Mix Well.  Pour into pastry shell.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.   Garnish with additional bacon if desired.
