In stock items will generally ship within 4-7 days of order receipt. In the unlikely event that an out-of-stock item is ordered, we will contact you. Four Seasons Direct will notify customer of delays or changes to standard shipping policies.

Four Seasons Direct uses standard UPS ground shipping, which is unable to deliver to a PO Box. For larger, bulkier items there may be additional shipping charges that apply. Each order will be assessed and you will be notified prior to shipping of charge changes, if any. Shipping is based on total order price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All items are shipped from our Illinois warehouse, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. UPS time in transit varies by ship-to location.

IN-STORE PICK UP OPTION

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up. Photo ID will be required. No person other than the Customer listed in the Shipping Address will be allowed to receive the order.
