Return Policy for Online purchases: Four Seasons wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When your package arrives, please examine and report any damages immediately. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the item for an exchange or refund. Items must be in their original unused, unwashed condition with the manufacturer tag still intact. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.

If the item is returned within:
Original receipt is ALWAYS required. If no receipt, a Four Seasons Gift Card will be issued.
Selected items (Webkinz and selected Spanx products) are not returnable or refundable.
Refunds may only be processed using the same tender as the original purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
A Four Seasons Gift Card will be issued for the lowest promotion price with or without a receipt.

Four Seasons does have the right to deny a return if we feel it necessary.
Procedure for Return:
- Package merchandise to be returned
- Write the reason for the return next to the item on your invoice, or copy of the invoice, place in box. Please be sure your name, address, phone number and email address are enclosed.
