ORDERING INFORMATION
- How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online at fourseasonsdirect.com. For ordering assistance, email info@fourseasonsdirect.com.
- How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order please use the "Order Tracking" page located on the bottom of the page. You will need: your order number, billing zip code, and last 4 digits of telephone number.
- How do I change or cancel an order?
Please email or call us immediately and your request will be processed.
- Can I place an order via phone, mail or fax?
In lieu of ordering online, fast and efficient orders can be placed via phone by calling 309-686-0124 during these hours CST Monday-Friday 10 am-6 pm, Thursday 10 am-8 pm, Saturday 10 am-5 pm and Sunday 12 pm-4 pm.
- What forms of payment do you accept online?
Currently, we accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.
- Do you accept Four Seasons Credit Cards as a form of payment online?
Sorry, at this time we are unable to accept this forms of payment for online orders.
- Do you accept Four Seasons Gift Cards as a form of payment online?
YES! During checkout, select the "Gift Card" payment method and enter gift card number (found on the back of the card) into the comments area. Gift Card # begins with "3" and is 10 digits.
- How can I find out when my backordered items will be shipped?
If an item is on backorder, you will receive an email stating the situation and approximate date of shipment of the item(s).
- Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).
- What if an item I order is out of stock?
While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on the occasion we may need to cancel one or more item(s). If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s). The remaining items that are available will ship as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
- When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via UPS. Estimated shipping duration is 5-7 business days. We strive to ensure orders are filled and shipped in a timely manner, but on occasion promptness is dependent on availability of in stock merchandise.
- How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the shipment date as well as a UPS tracking number.
- Is international shipping available?
No, at this time we are unable to ship internationally, including Canada and Mexico. Currently, we ship to all valid addresses within the continental United States. Shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii although there is an additional shipping fee beyond the standard flat rate.
- Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, per UPS standards and regulations, P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped to. A valid street address needs to be provided.
- Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
No, per UPS standards and regulations, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.
- What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping is $5.00. Please note the shipping charge is subject to change at any time.
- Can I pick up my item at one of the Four Season’s Stores?
Yes, you may order an item(s) online and pick up at the store. If you choose this option, there will be no shipping charge. During checkout, write the name of the store you wish to pick up your order at in the comments box. Although, when you pick up the item(s) at the store you will be required to provide your photo ID and a signature.
RETURNS
- What is your Return Policy?
Between 1-30 days: Original receipt is ALWAYS required. If no receipt, a Four Seasons Gift Card will be issued. Refunds may only be processed using the same tender as the original purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Between 31-89 days: A Four Seasons Gift Card will be issued for the lowest promotion price with or without a receipt. After 89 days: Four Seasons does have the right to deny a return if we feel it necessary. MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, AND BE IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.
- Can I return or exchange my internet purchases at a Four Seasons store?
Yes. Please provide your original receipt or gift receipt when making returns or exchanges.
- How do I make a return or exchange?
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible. For your return to be properly processed, your return/exchange must include a completed return form. Write the reason for the return next to the item, on the return form. Please be sure your name, address, phone number and email address are enclosed. For Shipping Questions, please call 309-686-0124.
- Where should I ship my return to?
Please ship all returns to: Four Seasons, 123 S Center Street, Geneseo, IL 61254.
- When will my credit card be refunded?
Your credit card will be refunded as soon as the item you are returning has been shipped and received at our Receiving Department. Returns are normally processed the same day they are received. A return receipt will be emailed to you for your records.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase our gift cards online in increments of $25-200. Additionally, you can ship the gift card directly to the recipient after purchasing it online if you wish.
- How do I use a Gift Card on an online order?
Unfortunately, at this time FourSeasonsDirect.com cannot accept gift cards as a form of payment. These cards are available for purchase but can only be used at one of our six
- How can I search for products quickly at fourseasonsdirect.com?
You can quickly find exactly what you're looking for by entering a description in the Key Word Search box in the upper right hand corner of every page.
- What's the best way to shop at Fourseasonsdirect.com?
Along the left side of each page, you’ll find different categories like "Denim & Bottoms", "Tops" and "Spanx". If you click on a category, you'll find that it's further divided into different sections. Each section contains a series of products that might interest you.
MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS
- Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
- Where can I find sizing information?
On the left navivation bar, we provide sizing charts for some brands we sell. Although, since we carry such a wide variety of vendors, we cannot provide a sizing chart for each brand. In most item descriptions you will find detailed information about the clothing helping you to make an accurate sizing choice. Additionally, the size of the model's clothing is given. Please inquire if you have any additional sizing questions and we will be happy to give measurements of our clothing.
- How do I sign up for your E-News?
We encourage you to sign up in one of our six store locations or on the left hand navigation tool bar on our website. Click on “E-Mail Sign up,” enter your email and submit to join.
- How do I unsubscribe to your E-News?
At the bottom of every email sent, there is an “Unsubscribe” link. Click on this link and follow the instructions to be removed and no longer receive great coupons and fashion advice from Four Seasons.
